Keep Your School Name. Upgrade Everything Behind It.
Your school joins the Kipinä Global Network. Your name, ownership and team stay exactly as they are. The curriculum system, teacher training and international credibility of a Finnish-inspired early years network now sits behind them.

Most established preschools don’t fail - they stall

Quality depends on a handful of strong teachers. Training is informal and uneven. Parents ask harder questions. Competing schools look more modern. The systems that worked at 40 children feel stretched at 100.
Your school isn't broken. It has outgrown the informal systems that made it successful.
The next stage doesn't require a new name, new ownership or franchise conversion. It requires a stronger academic operating system.

What Operators Say

Working with Kipinä has been a great pleasure. Kipinä brings the highest standards and best international practices across all areas from project management to design to teacher training and marketing.
The directors are experts and are always happy to share their knowledge. They have been beside us every step of the way and share our commitment to Indonesia and our excitement in having already opened 10 beautiful successful Kipinä campuses. Our schools are fully subscribed and our staff retention is exemplary.
Sudino Lim - CEO Kipinä Indonesia (Flagship operator)

We chose Kipinä and found strong alignment in educational approach and expectations. The preparation support, training materials, and guidance on learning environments helped us upgrade our school quickly and coherently.
Ongoing support from the Kipinä team has been practical and solutions-focused. Teaching practice has become clearer, children are engaged through play-based learning, and parents have responded positively to their children’s progress.
Delia Ionele - Managing Director, Timisoara, Romania

We partnered with Kipinä in 2019 to strengthen our existing kindergarten rather than rebuild it. The curriculum framework, teacher training through Häme University, and academic guidance helped us raise consistency and quality across classrooms.
During COVID, the structure and support in place allowed us to continue operating with confidence, including remote delivery where needed. Parent trust increased noticeably, enrolment stabilised, and demand grew.
Based on this experience, we are now preparing to open a second location.
Muzaffar Ismayilov - Managing Director, Baku, Azerbaijan

Three steps to joining
Every Kipinä Global Network partnership begins with a preliminary assessment. This helps us understand your school, your goals and whether the network model is the right fit before any commitment is made.
Assessment
Complete the short form. We review your school's current position, size, curriculum, team and goals.
Fit conversation
If there's a clear fit, we arrange an introductory call to discuss implementation, expectations and your school's specific context.
Recommended pathway
Kipinä prepares a proposed implementation plan with scope, training requirements, technology rollout and commercial terms.
The assessment takes fifteen minutes by video call. It confirms fit on both sides before any commitment is made.
